Delivery Information

• All items have been tested and certified for safety, including:
No toxic chemicals.  No recalled or previously owned items.  No small parts, no magnets and no choking hazards (for children 3 and under)
•  Orders will be stored in our warehouse at no charge until requested delivery date.

•  Freight Terms:
• Freight is calculated at 10% of product total.
•             Orders over $2000.00 will be credited Half Freight.
•             Orders over $5000.00 will be credited Full Freight.
•  Terms: New customer invoices are payable upon receipt.  Terms, if granted, are: Net 30 days from Invoice.  Visa, MC, AMEX, Company Check or Wire transfer.
•  Returns – Damages – Shortages: Must be reported to TK’s Toy Box within 10 business days of receipt of goods.  Returns must be authorized prior to returning goods.
• Customer is responsible for the Cost of Return shipping as well as a 10% restocking fee on any orders which are returned, cancelled or refused after shipment from TK’s Warehouse.
